Fall of the Arstotzkan Union
The Fall of the Arstotzkan Union was a document created by the First Session of the National Assembly and the Presidential Upper Cabinet. In 2020 the Supreme Federal Court of the Arstotzkan Union ruled that:
In the time the Fall of the Arstotzkan Union document was ratified by the First Session of the National Assembly, information written in the document was false and/or outdated and as such, this Court rules that it did not contain sufficient evidence to allow for the collapse of the Arstotzkan Union.
The document ended the December 2019 Coup and begun the Second Civil Conflict.

Preamble
My Fellow Citizens. It is with great disappointment that due to unforeseen circumstances, economical and political, I, President Ethan Brinkman, announce a permanent end to the Arstotzkan Union.
Contents
All branches of the Arstotzkan Union National Government, including the government itself, are to be permanently shut down.
The land will be returned to New Zealand, Tauranga Boys’ College and the city of Tauranga upon the time this document comes into effect.
I will step down from office, and will conclude and shut down permanently: the Arstotzkan Union Summer Summit, Arstotzkan Union National Government, Office of the President of the Arstotzkan Union, Office of the Vice President of the Arstotzkan Union, National Guard of the Arstotzkan Union, National Air Force of the Arstotzkan Union, Arstotzkan Union Border Protection Unit, Arstotzkan Union Security Intelligence Service.
