History
The first flag of Kalia was designed upon the creation of Kalia Republic. The flag was based on the flag of the Estonian SSR and for that reason, the flag was shortly changed by Kalia, instead adopting a more similar design to the Estonian flag. The fourth Kaljalipp was designed during the era of great reformation to replace the old flag, because it looked too similar to the Estonian flag. The flag was designed on 3 September 2022 and on the same day it was adopted as the official flag. The fifth flag and the current flag was adopted on 16 February 2023, after Kalia attempted to create a simpler flag compared to the prior flag.
