Francisco de Rozas is the Ruler of the Pepsinian Republic and Count of Carlville.
He is currently the Ruler of the Pepsinian Republic and Army's Marshal (Commander in Chief) of the Army, Count of Carlville and Sergeant in the Odievalese Army.
Early Life
He was born on the 7 June, in Argentina.
He lived in another town for five years until he moved to Temperley, where he discovered micronations and founded his first micronation.
Micronationalism
After the dissolution of his first micronation, he would leave the micronationalist community. Until in 2020, he met Juan I of Odieval, and both, decided to create two brief micronations Bahrenia and Diarkia.
Odieval
After the dissolution of these micronations, Juan and Francisco decided to create Odieval and he was given the title of "Baron of Carlville" and an officer rank in the Army.
Later, he was demoted during an army reform to the rank of Sergeant of Batallion.
Odievalese Civil War
Near the end of 2022, a communist government took over Odieval and he declared Carlville an Independent nation to protect Odievalese culture[1], this wouldn't last long, after the monarchists won the Civil war he reincorporated into the Marquisate.
Pepsinian Republic
On 19 February 2024, the Pepsinian Republic leaded by him declared independence from the Argentine Republic after consulting it with the members of the Pepsinian Army.
