The Freedom Brigades is a military faction and proxy involved in the Källbo insugency and Åxenö-Jurassicland proxy conflict. The Freedom Brigades was setup as a resistance at Källbo School in Godby for harsh restrictions but later became a Åxenö proxy. It is unknown who the leader is or how many exactly how large the brigades are. There could be 1-3 members but it is most likely higher. The Freedom brigades ideology is a very extreme version of Ålanism.
History
The Freedom brigades can be seen as a opposition to the Huggy Batallion. The Freedom brigades began an insurgency against Källbo and the Huggy Batallion. The Freedom Brigades have clashed many times with the Huggy Batallion. The Huggy Batallion and the Freedom Brigades had one large battle in October 2023.
The Brigades started an insurgency against the school in early September 2023. The Freedom Brigades have also been known to be anti-LGBT with regular protests against LGBT. The brigades are also allies with the Godby Front. In November they would participate in the Battle of Äventyret.
The Freedom Brigades would help the MADF during the 2023 French Republic coup d'état.
On 1 January 2024, the Freedom Briagdes and the MADF (MADF at Källbo) would join the Godby Front.
