The General Union of Workers or GUW (Ikerlandian: Gootyzwaat Önnye öt Wootyzööe) was the third body representing workers in Ikerlàndia. It is a trade union and a syndicalist organisation.

Objectives

The objectives of the GUW, where as follows:

• The socialisation of industry;
• Organisation of wage and salary earners in the Ikerlandian workplace (within the labour movement);
• The utilisation of ikerlandian resources to maintain full employment, establish equitable living standards which increase inline with output, and create opportunities for the development of talent.
• Ensuring the democratic management of self managed business and companies.
• Protecting worker safety in collaboration with the authorities.

General Union of Workers was affiliated with the Democratic Party of Ikerlàndia, a socialdemocrat political party in Ikerlàndia.
