Gerria, (pronounced /dʒjɛrijə/, officially the Union of Companies of the Gerryscute GEB Empire and also called the Gerryscute GEB Empire or simply the Gerrian Empire), is a de facto self-proclaimed unrecognized micronation owned by the production company Gerryscute GEB. It is bordered entirely by the United States and the State of Texas on all of its sides. It claims sovereignty over numerous homes in a Spring, Texas neighborhood called "Memorial Northwest". It is led by Benjamin Posada, It has 133 official languages, with English and Spanish being the most widely spoken.
Etymology
The full name of the micronation is the "Union of Peoples, States, Oblasts, Republics, Kingdoms, Monarchies, Companies, Federations, Empires, Stars, Planets, Minor Planets and Moons of the Central People's Autocratic Federation of the Twenty-Three Subdivisions of the Gerryscute GEB Empire". The common name "Gerria" is named in honour of Geraldine Posada, a cousin of it's leader Benjamin Posada.
History
It was founded on the night of 11 July 2022. when it's legal document called The Empirical Code started being written. On 6 August, it began it's expansion and claimed sovereignty over a property near Big Thicket National Preserve.
An independence referendum for the country to become completely independent from the United States was held on 17 September 2022 on its leader's birthday.
The country annexed a property in Galveston on 24 October 2022.
Gerria participated in a Cold War between it and the community of a website called "Our World of Text", which lasted from 19 November 2022 to 21 March 2023. The cause of the cold war was emperor Posada accidentally revealing the name of the street where his house (the Gerrian First Headquarters) resides in, leading to a period of tensions between the two sides. OWOT's continuous victory and Gerria's continuous failure to stop them led to a collapse of the Gerrian economy and the Gerrian royal family to oppose the website community. Gerria has since planned to spread the message to stop OWOT to other micronations that are near and far, and to launch a worldwide protest against the website as a revenge plan for bullying emperor Benjamin Posada.
On 5 December 2022, the Gerrian government created a channel on YouTube called "Gerrian Territorial News".
It was left in anarchy for 5 days from 8 February until 13 February when government was restored.
From its founding on 11 July 2022 to 26 February 2023, it was a dictatorship under Posada I's regime, it has since then became an autocratic multi-party monarchy with Posada's love interest Mia Leal as the country's new secretary.
On 1 May 2023, Gerria no longer became landlocked after Article II on the Treaty of Annexing the Third Headquarters oblast took effect when an area of beach territory to the southeast of Third Headquarters stretching from its border to the coastline at the Gulf of Mexico was annexed and incorporated as part of the Third Headquarters oblast.
On 1 June 2023, In response to a dog barking at its eastern neighboring house, Gerrian emperor Posada signed a decree annexing the two homes that border it to the northeast and the southeast, the northern home became part of the "Beaufort Krai" while the eastern home became part of the "Republic of Tinaland", named after Tina the mother of two children residing in the Tinaland Republic.
Overview
Gerria is a federation of 35 political divisions each with a devolved government over themselves, none of them are populated except for 9. Gerria is a parliamentary republic under a centralised authoritarian government.
Geography
Gerria is known as being one of the smallest micronations ever with an area of 0.0024349 km2. Gerrias headquarters reside at 30° N and approximately 95° W. The house was the only building established in the country until the annexation of the Galveston Beach House in 24 October 2022. Since then, the country currently has 7 homes within its territory, each separated apart.

Climate
All of Gerria is located on a humid subtropical climate (Cfa) under the Köppen climate classification system. Temperatures are mild and temperate and usually get their coldest as -3 °C and usually get at their hottest as 43 °C. Gerria experiences frequent thunderstorms and heavy rainfall seasons mostly in spring while the country experiences mild drought season usually in summer through winter.
Government and Politics
The Gerrian Empire is a federation and a constitutional monarchy and republic centered under an authoritarian government, with 28 oblasts, 2 krais and 3 autonomous okrugs. It is an autocracy in which the leaders have dominance over everything and that there is some restrictions on freedom of the press in the country, elections for the leaders are closed, but for oblast subdivisions, remain open. Oblast elections happen once every 5 years, The Empirical Code serves as the written legal document for the Gerrian federal laws.
The legislature is called the Supreme Central Council, it makes federal wars, declares war on entities, has the power to enact new policies, etc.

Numerous incidents have happened in the country ever since it’s formation, A list of notable incidents are shown here:
August doxxing incident
On 18 August 2022, the country's leader Benjamin Posada was doxxed by his archenemy Alex Harrison after publicly showing his email on YouTube, Benjamin responded by quickly taking the video down the next day.
Glass break incident in October 2022
On 17 October 2022, Gerrian leader Benjamin Posada became aggressive of a dog barking from far away, he banged his neighbors fence using a long stick and after aggressively trying to go outside, he accidentally broke a window at a door in Garage Oblast. Causing him to bleed. A bandage saved his life and he went to buy a new glass with his dad the next day.
Great Water Outage of 2022
On 22 October 2022, A drought caused a break in a pipe line at the Cypress area in northwestern Harris county Texas, this caused many residents in the Cypress area to experience water outages, And all of Gerria's 19 contiguous oblasts ran low on water supply, causing all 5 residents to temporarily move to a beach house in Galveston, Texas, where the company of Gerryscute GEB temporarily relocated their headquarters to the house and eventually annexing and incorporating it as the "Galveston Beach House Oblast". As described in Benjamin's first empirical decree which he signed on midnight of 24 October 2022.
2022 Halloween border crossings
On 31 October 2022, Several families and people while participating in trick-or-treating during Halloween illegally crossed over the borders of Gerria and the United States. Parking Lot, Western Fields, Southwestern Fields, Entrance Fields, and Southern Fields oblasts were deluged with people and families walking by the streets of the country wearing costumes and carrying candy bags. Some families might have knocked on the door of the First Headquarters.
November doxxing incident
On 19 November 2022, The sreet address of Gerria's First Headquarters was doxxed on the website Our World of Text. Many users including one named "PinkiePie" thinked about ordering a pizza to Gerria's First Headquarters. Causing Gerrian leader Benjamin to become furious.
Shortly afterwards, the coordinates to the Eastern Back Fields oblast were doxxed.
Several users from the website Our World of Text may have illegally visited the property of the first headquarters.
After the incident, the Gerrian government is currently thinking about buying security cameras on Ring. In order to detect any immigrants from the United States who illegally trespass Gerrian borders.
On 23 November 2022, A man (presumably one from OWOT) knocked on the door of Gerria's First Headquarters near Entrance Fields Oblast. In response, Benjamin is asking his dad to buy security cameras, presumably those sold by the company Ring.
December doxxing incident
On 8 December 2022, The house info of the First Headquarters and Benjamin's parent's personal information were revealed again on the website Our World of Text, in response, Benjamin put the business logo sign on his house's front door for the first time since 24 May 2022, and also wrote "Do not enter if your are an OWOT user, Benjamin does not tolerate people like that". He called his dad saying that his info was revealed, he told it to his mother.
In response, the Gerrian government sanctioned the Our World of Text website and all of it's users, banning them from entering it's territory.
The Gerrian created a slideshow depicting a scenario of what happens when a home invasion of Gerria by OWOT users happens.
January 2023 doxxing incidents and Gerrian-OWOT Wars
On 2 January 2023, the same day that Gerria enacted a new constitution, Benjamin's accounts, his mother's phone number and email, and his father and sister's emails were doxxed again for the third time on the website "Our World Of Text" by an unknown user after a conversation about Benjamin's privacy on the website, The Gerrian government as a result took retaliatory steps against the website community and almost threatened to report the whole website to the US government's identity theft website for it to be taken down immediately, but the website operator "fp" has stopped him from doing this. Benjamin, now in a fury, said that he banned all OWOTers from entering his territory and that he won't be accepting visits from the website community. He told this information to his parents, causing his whole family to rise up against the OWOT community. His mother agreed to buy security cameras to detect illegal OWOT refugees who trespass the Gerrian borders, otherwise, Gerria might have to move it's headquarters further out to another place, which would echo the time when Gerria temporarily moved it's headquarters to Galveston Beach House oblast during the Great Water Outage of 2022 (see above for more info).
On 18 January 2023, Gerria declared war on the community of the Our World of Text website and launched attacks against everything near the spawn, Gerria quickly captured the Square of Publicity within 10 minutes while several users including lime.owot and e_g have tried fighting back, Gerria's capital building's street address was again doxxed, and thus resulting in personal information from the Gerrian royal family doxxed within hours into the war, as Gerrria, lime, and e_g competed over who controls the SoP, a static appeared to cover everything near the Square of Publicity, graffiti was drawn on the Gerrian occupation zone and Gerria was disqualified from the war which officially ended the war.
On 19 January 2023, Gerria again declared war on OWOT and launch attacks and assaults against everything north of the publicity square inside the spawn area, lime, e_g, and the static fought back, Gerrian leader Posada now in a fury rages in all caps and threatened everyone to surrender, fp took immediate action and Gerrian leader Posada was muted, as a result, Gerria lost the war to the OWOT community, and as a result, the Gerrian government is currently deciding to block access to Our World of Text and it's predecessor Your World of Text.
In the aftermath of the war, the Gerrian government is currently planning on hiring and entering relations with other micronations nearby for help in stopping the OWOT community from winning any further, Cyclodia and the Commonwealth of Dracul are the two best candidates for Gerria to hire within months after the war.
Great Flood of 2023
On the morning of 24 January 2023, A powerful thunderstorm was detected in northwestern Harris county in Texas, which sparked a weak tornado and nickel-sized hail to happen near the Gerrian mainland, as a result, several tree branches broke off due to the strong winds, as time went on, the thunderstorm sparked a flood that devastated Parking Lot, Western Fields, Southwestern Fields, Entrance Fields, and Southern Fields oblasts. North Field Entrance, Southeastern Back Fields, Garage, Back Seats, Oak House, Eastern Back Fields, and Southern Gate Entrance were also affected by the flood. A car was seen entering the now flooded Gerrian roads.
January 2023 attempted swatting threat to Gerrian leader
On 29 January 2023, several users on Wokecat including "AJLstick" and "Gonzo" threatened to call the police to arrest Posada after reports of allegedly explicit content being told, The Gerrian government responded saying that they will be suing Wokecat if it even dares to call the police to arrest Posada, such act is considered swatting under US and Gerrian laws and is therefore a felony that Wokecat must be punished for if Gerria wins the lawsuit. Wokecat will be forced to pay $2,000 (G200,000) to Posada and the Gerrian government as a punishment for attempted swatting, and that "AJLstick" and "Gonzo" should be sentenced to prison each with 5 years.
Posada perceives this as being an arrest warrant placed on him.
February possible lawsuit against OWOT by Gerria
On 1 February 2023, Posada had his social security number stolen by some user, who alleged claimed that Posada had illegal content on his computer when he did not at the time, after the doxxing of numerous entities, including the Gerrian royal family, the Gerrian government is "so permanently done" with OWOT now, Gerria will be filing a lawsuit against a user called "skatefaker", if Gerria wins, skatefaker will have to pay thousands of dollars to the Gerrian government in order for Gerria to become richer, and that skatefaker shall plead guilty of attempted swatting and cyberstalking.
February 2023 vandalization of MicroWiki article by Sleepycat
On 21 February 2023, a Sleepycat user named "fetty fave" vandalized the MicroWiki article about Gerria by uploading sexually explicit images and putting them on the page, Posada in response repeatedly reverted the article page to the original, afterwards, he posted the situation on Discord while Strubber, Andrew, and MattL launched and investigation regarding fetty, MattL deleted all of his uploaded images and indefinitely blocked fetty for vandalising Gerria's article.
Emperor Posada was later banned from entering Sleepycat ever again on 22 February 2023 after trying to take it down. The Gerrian government later blocked access indefinitely to OWOT, Sleepycat and Wokecat due to Posada's mother now upset at him.
On 24 February 2023, Fetty again vandalized the article page after writing a message criticizing Posada for his edit conflict, wiki administrator Luxor reverted the article page to Posada's original revision and Luxor therefore changed the block settings of the perpetrator for an indefinitely long period.
February 2023 dog intrusion at Chicken Coop oblast
On 24 February 2023, Posada visited the Chicken Coop oblast and brought his dogs (Oliver and Goliath) along the way. Shortly after going out, the dogs invaded the oblast by taking over most of its area and chasing and running after the chickens. Trying to get in the coop, one of the dogs ran in the bayou while he chased over the chickens. They were later successfully brought back by the owners of the dogs and punished them, before being taken out of the oblast.
A chicken was reported to have died at the oblast, but it was most likely a sickness rather than the dogs.
A similar, but deadly intrusion happened at the Chicken Coop oblast on 27 April 2023, see "April 2023 dog invasion of Chicken Coop oblast" for more information.
March 2023 ant invasion of Bedroom Seats oblast
On 9 March 2023, numerous tiny and harmless ants were seen in the downstairs bathtub of Gerria's Bedroom Seats oblast. It was likely caused by a smell that the ants like. The situation was resolved the next day.
March 2023 Mormon missionaries to Gerria
On 18 March 2023, two people were seen walking inside of Gerria's Entrance Fields oblast, they were probably Mormon worshippers from the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints who wanted to come to spread the gospel to Gerria and its own neighborhood.
Posada in response implemented sanctions against the Sleepycat community, as he believes Sleepycat may have been responsible for the missionaries.
April 2023 dog invasion of Chicken Coop oblast
On 27 April 2023, during a call between Emperor Benjamin Posada and his grandmother Maria (who lives in the oblast of the same name), that Maria told Posada about reports of a dog trespassing the borders of the Chicken Coop oblast and then launched an attack against the chickens at the coop, resulting in the deaths of about 10 chickens. At the same time, baby chicks were hatched and born at the oblast.

On 29 April 2023, Gerria received a direct visit from the police into its territory after an incident happened at the Rosalinda oblast during a church service at the church that is to the direct north of the Chicken Coop oblast, the details about the incident were never published because Posada's parents did not want him to publish any detailed information about the full incident story, but this is confirmed to be the first known direct police visit to Gerrian administered property.
May 2023 power outage at Gerrian mainland
On 8 May 2023, While Posada and his family were outside the micronation at the time, a severe thunderstorm caused the power in the Gerrian mainland to go out, this caused the oven at the Kitchen and Dining oblast to display the wrong time, while the neighborhood where the Gerrian mainland is in also got affected by the storm, several gas stations near Gerria had their lights flashing due to the outage as they were not working properly, as stated by Posada when he got home.
