The Grand Duchy of Danduros is a landlocked micronation surrounded by the city of Eaton, Ohio, with a western territory surrounded by the city of Richmond, Indiana. Sovereignty and independence were first declared on 1 January 2017.
History

Government and politics
Danduros aspires to be a Parliamentary Monarchy, though is currently a de facto Absolute Monarchy. A constitution is currently being drafted and will soon be ratified.
Foreign relations
Danduros has signed a treaty of Friendship and Recognition with the Karno-Ruthenian Empire as of 26 July 2017.

Military
Danduros currently has no standing army. Citizens may be called upon to join the militia during times of crisis.
Economy
The Grand Ducal Treasury is the government's economic and finance ministry, maintaining control over public spending, setting the direction of the Grand Duchy's economic policy, and working to achieve strong and sustainable economic growth.
The current objectives of the Treasury include:
1. Placing the public finances on a sustainable footing
2. Ensuring the stability of the economic environment and financial system, enabling strong, sustainable, and balanced growth
3. Creating and increasing productivity to create and maintain growth
At this time the Treasury is researching investments in precious metals in order to continue funding the state.
