How Mootugal Began

Mootugal was always in peace Since when the micronation started it was in peace but never had wars only the time it was created was during many wars and Mootugal was founded by People who wanted freedom in California so a few cities made one independent country after a few years it was not independent back then there was a large parade for the independence and that happened in Chino, California 2020 and was continued for the parade to go through large cities then Mootugal Began as a republic and mostly it made it go chaos in Hawaii and then a peace treaty happened on october 2021 at Los Angeles for Non-Communist.
