Graveyard in New Budden - historic animal cemetery in Buddendorf.

History

The cemetery was established in 2015 as a cemetery for animals, mainly birds. Most sparrows were buried in the cemetery, but there was also, for example, a chicken. For a long time it was one of the two active cemeteries in Baltia. At Buddendorf Cemetery, an eastern form of Baltish burial was established as distinct from the yerushalomian western form of burial. The last funeral took place in 2022. It closed in 2023 for unknown reasons. During the conference on June 24, 2023 in Buddendorf, the topic of breaking the law by the Buddendorf authorities by destroying tombstones and converting the cemetery area to another use was raised, which is inconsistent with the act on burying the dead.
