The Gwladcoed Civil Defence Corps is the arm of the Gwladcoeden Security Forces responsible for mobilising and taking local control of affected areas in the aftermath of a major emergency. It's specific responsibilities upon mobilisation are rescue and protecting the civilian population from military and natural disasters as well as supplying humanitarian and medical aide to those who need it.
