The Democratic People’s Republic of Ivanland, more commonly known as Ivanland, is a micronation located primarily in the Russian capital of Moscow. It's capital is the City of Ivanland is located in Nice. Ivanland was founded on the 12 April 2021 by Ivan Mishin, who currently as it's head of state. Ivanland was inspired by the Republic of Molossia.

Etymology

The name is derived from the first name "Ivan", and the suffix "-land," which is often used to denote a place or region. As such, the etymology of Ivanland suggests that it is a region or territory associated with or named after its founder, Ivan Mishin.

History

Ivanland’s first days: April 13th, 2021 to December 31st 2021

Ivanland was founded on the 12 April 2021 by Ivan Mishin. On the 13th, Ivan annexed Istra and Sutoki and declared a temporary governement. 2 hours later, the Republic of Ivanland was founded, with Ivan as its first President. On the 15 April, Kostialand became a puppet state of The Republic of Ivanland. On the 4 May, Istra And Sutoki became the first states and Kostialand became an Independent State Province (District). On the 18 of May 2021 Ivanland and Gorland created the Micronational Economic Union. The Fomin Republic joined the MEU on the 1st June.

President Ivan Mishin announced the creation of the First Republic of Ivanland, the creation was scheduled for July 1, 2021 however, it has never been achieved.

Ivanland’s inactivity period: January 1st 2022 to March 27th 2023

Ivanland was pretty much inactive at that time however several insignificant statements and political changes happened during that period.
