Jennifer Colman
Jennifer Coleman was a lieutenant colonel in the Rosemia Empire and the first Duchess of Elaver as an aristocrat. She was also known as the first emperor's adviser. The house she lives in is known as one of the imperial member states as the Duchy of Elaver.

As Duchess of Elaver, her spouse is given a corresponding peerage. The Duchy of Elaver was established in 2020, and the first one was Elaver Free State. The governor was served by Countess Jennifer Colemen. She was recognized for her achievements in moving to the Imperial Palace in 2023, and was promoted to Duke by Imperial Decree. The duke is not allowed to establish a council of self-governing bodies because he has no more than five inhabitants. However, when her great-grandmother died this year, the emperor expressed his condolences. Her sister holds the title of Countess Elton. Countess Elton had her first audience with the emperor on 3 November and was appointed heir to the duchy of Erabar on 5 November.She was also ordained Commander of the Order of Elaver. Her pet dog, "Sorachi", was adopted as the army's official mascot and given the rank of second lieutenant when she had an audience with the emperor. He was also knighted in the Knights Elaver, and was given the peerage of Baron Caspagna Drely by the emperor. Countess Elton's spouse has the right to be granted the peerage of Count Yvonstane, but has not yet been exercised. The Duchess began dating her mutual acquaintance, the Duke of Dougary, in February. The emperor congratulated them and gave them the commander of the Order of the Black Eagle, the greatest honor of the empire. Established through the mediation of the emperor, it was newly awarded Count Galiston. The Duke of Dagary was granted citizenship to the Duchy of Elabel by special provisions.The Duchy of Dagary will be the first surviving regional monarch to gain citizenship in another constituent state. The Duke of Dougary was also given the commanding officer of the Knights Elabel. The Duke of Dougary resigned as emperor's chamberlain promoted to lieutenant general. However, less than a month later, the two fell into a bad relationship and were trying to mediate by the emperor.
