Joshua David Mullins was a micronational lawyer and the former Attorney General of Auvenum. Most commonly known for his defense of Calvin White in relation to charges brought by the Fifth Aenderian Republic during the Second Cold War of "Violation of Free Speech Law," and more notoriously the trial against Calvin White for voter fraud. Due to his success, White was acquitted in the voter fraud trial and charges dropped in the Free Speech trial.

Outside of micronationalism, Mullins was alleged to have defrauded $42 million in 2016 and 2017. In April 2021, Mullins pled guilty to 34 counts of identity fraud and one count of second-degree forgery in the United States; he was sentenced in May the same year to 10 years in prison.[1]
