Juslegislative power is a concept of power that merges legislative and judicial powers. The concept of juslegislative power was created by the government of Republic of Porto Claro, having been introduced by its 1996 constitution[1] with the aim of simplifying micronational administration in an efficient manner. The Juslegislative Branch is responsible for drafting and interpreting laws, consolidating legislative and judicial functions under a single entity, effectively assigning judiciary functions to one legislature. In 2024 it was revived by new constitution of Ebenthal.
