The Kingdom of Griftinia or the Griftinian Imperial Federation, more commonly known as Griftinia, is a micronation in Hong Kong. Griftinia was founded on the 7th of July 2022.It was unified with the state of Taisan, and established the Federation of Grifthania
Etymology
The name Griftinia comes from a modification of the word Griffin with the suffix -ia, meaning land of. Therefore the name Griftinia means Land of Griffins.
History
Colonial Age
On the 7th of July 2022, the land that comprises modern Griftinia was founded as a colony by an unknown micronation. Later, on the 30th of November he Suzerainty state of the colony was dissolved. The remains of the colony are unknown.
The Old Empire
The remaining people of the colony formed the Zekronian Empire on the 1st of January 2023, this period would be called the "Old Empire Era".
War of Destruction
Around April of 2023, a war began and it nearly caused the Destruction of the Zekronian Empire. Although the Zekronian empire successfully survived it soon started to collapse. The people of Zekronia were leaving.
causing it to be a wasteland full of ruins.
Modern Age
After a long time, the last Emperor and the citizens of the Zekronian Empire returned to the remains of the Old Empire and reformed a new nation above the wasteland. This was the establishment of Gritininia.
Government
The Griftinia is a micronation which is led by the Kaiser, as the supreme head of state and the Prime Minister who is the chief executive of internal affairs and the Imperial Congress which exercises legislative power on behalf of the citizens of the whole country.
