Kingdom of Mondstadt is a fledgling, safe nation, renowned for its compulsory or voluntary military service before 2018, From 2018 onward, Mondstadt disbanded the regular military force, and instead the armed police force was established as a national security force with the task of border patrolling. History
Early period
In many year ago, the first nomads arrived in what is now Mondstadt, they mainly exploited stones, minerals and fished seafood, it was not until 1840 that they began to build a stone bridge and soon formed the first houses. at this time they started to open fruit stalls and set up their first tavern, church and library.
The outbreak of World War I left the land of Mondstadt in ruins, but the nomads planned to build walls and gates to protect the village.
Mondstadt was liberated after World War II, at this time, the domestic situation had many fluctuations, the battle for power between the two monarchies and the society caused a civil war that lasted until 2018.
Post-independence and Civil War
In 2007, the provisional government issued a joint declaration establishing the Grand Duchy under the name Mondstadt.
Taking advantage of this, Makabe Masamune-Kun the future prime minister of Mondstadt prepared scenarios for the formation of a underground government to lead to a coup in which he himself was the leader for life.
In 2008 Makabe organized a strike to overthrow the fledgling state regime of the Grand Duchy, initially he succeeded.
It wasn't until 2017 that Makabe carried out a large-scale coup d'etat and he succeeded, Mondstadt was renamed Victorialand following the Kritarchy ideology akin to the Democratic Dictatorship.
During that time, due to dissatisfaction with the regulations on detention or trial of innocent people, he provoked rebellion, causing the opponent to be wary.
But less than a year in power, the Makabe government faced a wave of boycotts from patriots and the Mondstadt government caused a civil war, who said that Makabe used his reputation to bring down the nation.
In early 2018, all the people took to the streets to support the civil war, putting pressure on the Makabe government, the army could not suppress the people.
Until September 2018, knowing he could no longer lead the cabinet, Makabe struggled to hand over power to Haruko then Prince of East Mondstadt and declare martial law, he did not leave the country where he lived in seclusion in the monastery until the day he disappeared.
It was not until 2020 because of dissatisfaction with the Korean government about the bread and hospital problems in Vietnam, Makabe reappeared agitated and pressured the Korean broadcaster to apologize, delete the comment and non-streaming on youtube during that time.
From that point on, Makabe disappeared from the Mondstadt and no one ever mentioned him.
Geography
Mondstadt is located in the middle of the Pacific Ocean near Vietnam and the Philippines, the average altitude is between 50 and 70 meters, surrounded by hills and mountains.

Mondstadt has more than 1400 different lakes all of them are very small, only the Central Lake is the largest lake and also the main source of water for the area.
Climate
Mondstadt is situated in the northern part of the temperate climate zone and in the transition zone between maritime and continental climate. The climate is more continental in the eastern part of the country and more maritime in the western part, especially on the islands. Mondstadt has four seasons of near-equal length. Average temperatures range from 17.8 °C (64.0 °F) on the islands to 18.4 °C (65.1 °F) inland in July, the warmest month, and from −1.4 °C (29.5 °F) on the islands to −5.3 °C (22.5 °F) inland in February, the coldest month. The average annual temperature in Mondstadt is 6.4 °C (43.5 °F). Annual average precipitation is 662 mm. The average for the year is 1829.6 hours of sunshine. The duration of sunshine and fog is highest in coastal areas and lowest inland in northern Mondstadt.
Politics
The constitutional history of Mondstadt dates back to the constitution of 1812. In October 2018, Mondstadt's new Grand Duke Haruko Noriko dismissed Makabe Masamune-Kun and appointed the reformer Junsu Ali as Prime Minister. The resulting general election in 2018 convened the Constituent Cortes (the Mondstadt Parliament, in its capacity as a constitutional assembly) for the purpose of drafting and approving the constitution of 2022. After a national referendum on 5 October, 2018, 88% of voters approved of the new constitution – a culmination of the Mondstadt transition to democracy.
As a result, Mondstadt is now composed of 7 autonomous city and two metropolitan city with varying degrees of autonomy thanks to its Constitution, which nevertheless explicitly states the indivisible unity of the Mondstadt nation. The constitution also specifies that Mondstadt has no state religion and that all are free to practice and believe as they wish.
Government
Mondstadt is a constitutional monarchy, including follow the order of succession, the succession law also does not stipulate that women are not allowed to inherit, but whoever is male or female will be guaranteed the order of succession taste when needed and Government Mondstadt also has its own parliament called the Supreme Council.

The Prime Minister, deputy prime ministers and the rest of ministers convene at the Cabinet room.
Mondstadt is organisationally structured as a so-called State of Autonomies it is one of the most decentralised micro-states in Europe; for example, all autonomous communities have their own elected parliaments, governments, public administrations, budgets, and resources. Health and education systems among others are managed by the Mondstadt communities, and in addition, the Mutsuba Town also manage their own public finances based on foral provisions. In Heartland city, the Mutsuba Town, Den city and the Central Lake Islands, a full-fledged autonomous police corps replaces some of the State police functions.
