Leonardo Marcomendo, also known as Leo, is the current dictator of the People’s Republic of Hersevania, a total communist regime under his rule. Leo is known for starting a revolution in Heregovania, setting up the PRH, and going to war against Bryan and his monarchy. Leonardo is currently stationed on the outskirts of Niwot High, helping to bombard the school to convince Bryan to surrender, and the hopeful eventual victory of the PRH. On March 7, 2022, Leonardo successfully won the Heregovanian Civil War, and annexing all of Heregovania.
