The General Secretary of the Commonwealth of Faltree and Faltrian Left Front, commonly referred to in short as the General Secretary is the head of state of the Commonwealth of Faltree and the leader of the Faltrian Left Front. The post was established by Hunt Powell on 1 August 2023 following the ratification of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Faltree. The post was previously referred to as Lord-Secretary but the title was changed to General Secretary on 10 April 2024.
