The Lord Lieutenancy Decree, officially the Royal Decree Concerning the Role and Benefits of Lord Lieutenants, is the second royal decree enacted in the Kingdom of Almoa by the Monarchy of Almoa.

History

The lord lieutenancy decree was the second royal decree to be enacted in Almoa. It was enacted by King Winston I on 13 April 2023.

It was partly inspired by the first royal decree enacted by King Winston - the Ducal Rights Decree.

Terms

The decree outlines the duties of lord lieutenants. It grants duties including:

  • Representing the Monarch in their Province
  • Acting as a Military Liaison
  • Escorting Nobility and Royalty in their Province

It also grants benefits including:

  • The Style of "The Honourable"
  • Honorary Army Rank of Major General During Term of Office
