The Medical Treatment Support Service (Portuguese: Serviço de Apoio ao Tratamento Médico, acronymn: SATRAME) is the institution and voluntary-dependent publicly funded healthcare of Marienbourg. As the country is incapable of providing a proper public healthcare due to its innate micronational limitations, the state's official position is to encourage citizens - all dual nationals - to seek medical treatment in the health systems of the UN-recognized countries of which they are citizens. However, the Medical Treatment Support Service was created with the aim of assisting the citizens of Marienbourg in any area of medical treatment through the creation of a voluntary assistance fund whose values are used for the purchase and distribution of medicines as needed.
The system was modeled after Ebenthal's Royal Health Accord. The SATRAME is de jure an autonomous agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs, but de facto functions as an arm of that ministerial portfolio, being directly commanded by the minister .
