The Melvian-Deegan Talks was a series of talks between Isaiah Deegan, the Great President of the Great States of O'Duighan, and Melvian Che, who was a minor politician from the Federal Republic of Ambazonia, that took place on September 3, 2022. The event involved Isaiah Deegan helping Melvian Che to form his own political party and political program so he would be able to run for President of Ambazonia when the Ambazonian War ended and elections could be held. He was at the time living in the United States with his wife so she could continue her schooling in biology. Isaiah became interested in helping Melvian Che after hearing his life story, which contained his stories of the oppression the Anglophones in Cameroon had faced under the dictatorship of Paul Biya, who has ruled Ambazonia since 1982. He told of how his country, Ambazonia, had once existed in 1961 but was forced to be unlawfully absorbed into Cameroon by the French and British. He also told of how he even had lost interest in history due to how the leaders of Cameroon tried to wipe the Anglophones from Cameroonian history books so only the Francophones existed in them. As such, he supported Ambazonia and wanted to lead it as President so he could fight for his country. Isaiah was moved by these conversations and offered to help him. This began the Melvian-Deegan Talks and the two men worked to form a new political party and political program on September 3, 2022.

The Free Liberal Party is a democratic socialist political party run by Melvian Che, a minor politician from the Republic of Cameroon who is also a citizen of the African break-away state called the Federal Republic of Ambazonia, which declared independence from Cameroon in October 2017. Melvian Che immigrated to the United States to allow his wife to complete her education in medicine. They also were fleeing the oppressive dictatorship of Paul Biya, the current dictator of Cameroon who has ruled since 1982. Isaiah Deegan met Melvian Che in the summer of 2022 and was enthralled by his story. He was appalled by what he saw as blatant political oppression and sought to aid him in some small way. He heard that Melvian was seeking to become the President of Ambazonia once the nation fully gained independence from Cameroon, so Isaiah said he would gladly help him set up a political party and program. This party became the Free Liberal Party of Ambazonia (FPLA), which is a democratic socialist party.
Freedom Plan
The "Freedom Plan" is a political program developed by Melvian Che and compiled by Isaiah Deegan on September 3, 2022. The program is the official ideological belief system of the Free Liberal Party of Ambazonia. The program was inspired specifically by the ideology of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, who Melvian had stated was the greatest African leader of all time. The points of the Freedom Plan are as such:
- Lower expenditures on state visits.
- Keep the government changing so that there are always going to be fresh, new ideas.
- Free healthcare for all by 2025.
- Promote public works projects so people can have jobs and so infrastructure can be built.
- Promote peace and social cohesion.
- Training and integrating all Restoration Forces fighters into the military,
