The Ministry for Culture is the government department within the Republic of Roseland responsible for the promotion, preservation, and development of arts and culture within the nation. The Ministry was founded on 4 July 2016 by the Ministry of Culture Act of 2016.

The current Minister of Culture is Hudson Kramer, who was appointed Minister by Premier Sophia Albina with the assent of representatives within Roseland’s legislature.

The Ministry of Culture is responsible for the organization of celebrations of holidays as well as the promotion and preservation of Roselandic art. Article §5 of the Ministry of Culture Act also charges the Ministry of Culture with the criticism and censorship of any art or media that advocates discriminatory ideas.

Any media or art discovered by the Minister of Culture deemed to be in violation of Article §14 of the Constitution Act by the Attorney General shall be publicly criticized by the Minister of Culture. Pursuant with Article §14 of the Constitution Act, creation of art advocating direct or indirect restriction of the rights of, or, conversely, any establishment of direct or indirect privileges for, citizens on account of their race or nationality, as well as any advocacy of hatred and contempt concerning race, religion, sexuality , gender, or gender identification is punishable by law.
