The Monarchy Legion is a militia group based in Kapreburg. It was founded by Pro-Monarchy Kapreburgers, who wanted to help fight for Kapreburg and spread it's influence. It was originally founded during a period of high tension between Kapreburg and Wegmat, with the purpose of fighting Wegmat in a way that would not violate the Treaty of New Albuquerque, which at the time barred Kapreburg from declaring war on Wegmat. Wegmat would later declare war on Kapreburg, which Kapreburg claimed was a violation and voiding of the treaty on Wegmat's behalf, therefore making the group pointless. The group is inactive but has never officially dissolved.
