The Monarchy of Qardasha, whose monarch is referred to as the Hünkar-ı Sariyoun (Qardaishan: حونكرِ ثاريون lit. Sovereign of the Revolutionaries), refers to the absolute monarchy and monarch of the Islamic Sultanate of Qardasha. The Current Sultan is Orzan bin Muhammad who took power after the Qardaishan Revolutionary War (Russiakan Civil War). The sultans of Qardasha are a part of the Orzanlu Dynasty.
Powers and Functions
The Hünkar-ı Sariyoun of the Islamic Sultanate of Qardasha is the monarchal head of state and head of government of Qardasha. It is the most powerful position in the country, the nation being an absolute monarchy. The Hünkar-ı Sariyoun is also the commander-in-chief of the Qardaishan Armed Forces. The Hünkar-ı Sariyoun controls all aspects of government and the state, according to the Qardaishan Constitution, he has the power to appoint regents to allow more autonomy in the government. The Hünkar-ı Sariyoun is also in charge of the Qardaishan Empire with the rank of Emperor; therefore, the Hünkar-ı Sariyoun is also the head of state of Exrio, Ropia, Urdistan, as well as other nations which are apart of the empire.
Qualifications
To become a Hünkar-ı Sariyoun of Qardasha you must either be a male blood relative of Orzan bin Muhammad, preferably from the House of Orzan. Secondly, you must be a Twelver Shi'ite Muslim and a practicing one. Thirdly you must not have any disabilities and be sane. Age does not usually matter but the sovereign must be over the age of 12 before taking the throne. Currently, the current heir to the throne is Muhammad Nafiz bin Hassan, the cousin of Orzan bin Muhammad. If the current Hünkar-ı Sariyoun, Orzan, has a son, his son will replace Nafiz as the heir to the throne.
Oath
On the date of the Hünkar-ı Sariyoun coronation, he must take an oath before he is sworn in. Due to the war, the current Hünkar-ı Sariyoun took his oath at a later date.
I swear to act in the best interests of Qardasha and my fellow brothers, to serve our people, our god, our religion, our brothers, all in dignity and honor according to the Qur'an, Sunnah, Hadith, Kurallar, etc. for the better of our people, our nation, and each other.

I [name], by god, swear to act in the best interests of the Islamic Sultanate, my fellow brothers, and the vision of our father Orzan bin Muhammad, to serve our people, our god, our religion, our brothers, all in dignity and honor in accordance with the Qur'an, Sunnah, Hadith, Shariah, and Kurallar. For the better of our people, our nation, and each other, I will take up the Qardaishan throne and become the Sultan, the Hünkar-ı Sariyoun, may my reign be plentiful, and may I be ever victorious.
