Mount Drury Address
The Mount Drury Address is Election Leader Tristen’s most well known and quoted speech. Following the highly successful Operation Sea Rodent, Election Leader Tristen stood atop the great Mount Drury. A mythos has surrounded this event as it is believed that simply by standing there Election Leader Tristen was able to gather a crowd of at least 2. Election Leader Tristen has disputed this claim stating that upwards of 5,000 people gathered around him - this is highly contested. Weeks after the address, Election Leader Tristen was discussing the doubt that has shrouded the event in infamy, with one of his former subordinates (now missing). This subordinate told a reporter that Election Leader Tristen said of the doubters, “The forces of the wheel seek to defame and slander our great nation, may these non-democratic individuals be gored by the souls of dead sailors, the putrid and black bile of tritons realm curse ye, brimstone and hellfire await.” Following the chants by the crowd Election Leader Tristens improvised the speech. Afterwards Election Leader Tristen has stated that he was carried through the streets before more important duties befell upon him, however this was disproved by the Forces of the Wheel - Election Leader Tristen refuted this as nothing but propaganda.
Implications
Following the event an supposed aurora of mystic has surrounded UDROR and Election Leader Tristen as the party became more and more dominant.
