The New Melanesian Broadcasting Corporation, commonly known as NMBC, is the state owned and government backed broadcasting corporation in the Republic of New Melanesia.
History
The NMBC was established on 23 July 2022 by Luke of Wellmoore. It was created as a means for the government to communicate with New Melanesians as well as for news to be announced to citizens professionally.
Services
News Reporting
The corporation is currently the only news source in New Melanesia. Because of this the corporation produces reports on all news within the republic. They may do this by publishing articles or videos.
Government Broadcasts
The corporation also publishes government announcements as well as other government created media.
Management
As the corporation is state owned, the NMBC is owned by the Government of New Melanesia. It is managed primarily by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Under the current political system of New Melanesia, the ministry of internal affairs oversees and approves all media produced by the corporation.
