Importance
The OOTCBOD is a very important member of Davonian society. It is their job to keep the Confederate Board of Davonia in check, and to make sure they do not abuse their power. It is also their job to help the CBD write bills and make decisions.
The OOTCBOD is in charge of keeping corruption and unprofessionalism out of the CBD. It is their job to document any shortcomings of members of the board and to help them correct themselves. They are also in charge of proposing a disposal of any members of the CBD.
The OOTCBOD assists the CBD with writing bills and making important decisions. The overseer of the board acts as an advisory figure to the CBD. If a member of the board is unable to do their job, the overseer of the board will take that member's job until a replacement is found.
