The Oxford Accord, sometimes known as the Imperial Accord was a micronational group and treaty organisation of micronations that desire accession to the Commonwealth of Nations.
It was formed in October 2023 by New Shropshire and New Siberia in a joint agreement. It was dissolved on 10 April 2024 and replaced by the Commonwealth of British Overseas Micronations.
Institutions
The Oxford Accord formed three organisations that aim to ensure the treaty's aims are carried out.
Imperial Commission
The Imperial Commission was the 'executive branch' of the Oxford Accord, responsible for the implementation of policies established by the treaty. It was led by a Chief Commissioner.
Council of Ministers
The Council of Ministers elected the Chief Commissioner, and could veto his actions if needed. It was made up of each states' foreign minister.
Imperial Court of Judicature
The Imperial Court of Judicature was one of the most important results of the Oxford Accord. It provides a court within which to hear any and all international disputes between member states, avoiding external courts from hearing them. It can draw from both the Oxford Accord and other treaties between members.
Its judiciary was made up of 3 Justices, the most senior of whom was Principal Justice.

The Oxford Accord was signed on the 17th October, 2023, after several months of negotiations. It committed the member states to the following:
- Aiming to become recognised Commonwealth Realms
- Avoiding conflict with each other where possible
- Maintaining a usable military
- Working together wherever possible and rational
- Encouraging other nations to aim for Commonwealth Realm status
- Committing to British values
