The Pacific Republic of Rockland or simply Rockland is a 'stranded rock' in the Pacific Ocean. Rockland couldn't sink no matter what happens to it. It's first monarch is Randhir Kumar Thakur and it's first Prime Minister is Shiwali Suman. It is a Micronation.
