The Peerage system of The United Westavian Empire (Perge rijsyztem vun Wectave or Parge systim vestive) was created in 2020 following the Nobility Act of June 2020, and allowed people to create titles that were or were not tied to royal land (with Imperial Assent).

Creating a title
A foreigner can gain a title by asking the Emperor, they gain small portions of lands tied to a title by performing a deed or service to the Emperor of Empire, it could be service in a war or something else, the Emperor can take away titles at any given time.
