Politics of Houseland works within the framework of the country's constitution. Houseland is a parliamentary democratic republic in which the President of Houseland is the head of state and the influential head of government.[1] The Parliament is the governing body .Politics is the activities that is associated with the governance of an area or a country, especially the debate between to political parties for power in the nation.[2] The Houseland Republic follows this meaning and has established a republic meaning a country that has a democratic kind of a political system for leadership in the nation.Since the republic has only a small population, it does not have a bi -carnal legislature. There is a single type of legislature which is the Parliament.The Parliament has the authority to check every federal laws that are created by ministers and can accept the development in the constitution.

Political Parties

Since the foundation of the public,it has been said that there are the two major parties in the nation.It is estimated that there was no consideration for a republic and instead for an aristocracy. But the Pro -Aristocrats were defeated in a referendum that went 75% in favor of democracy and 25% in favour of aristocracy. Two people immediately had easily found their own Political Parties namely -

  1. Houseland Congress
  2. Blue Party

These political parties have been recognized as National Parties contesting in all the three constituencies . As of 21 February 2021, there have been no regional parties that have concentrated in a single seat or a constituency. When compared to other democracies , it is a relatively small democracy even with just 4 people in the nations. The Political Parties use and must have their Name, Symbol and a Party Leader and has to be a stable party with no internal conflicts inside the party and the purpose of having symbols is for the illiterate to understand to vote by identifying the symbols of the party that they want to vote for. Both parties are caught up in the Left–right political spectrum.

The Houseland Congress has three colors on it ,Yellow,Light Blue and Dark Green. The Yellow means the Warmth and the light of the sun ,The Light Blue stands for the calmness of the party and the peaceful nature of the Party Members just as the Sky and Dark Green means the shade or The Plants which are very much essential for the survival of Human Beings. The Symbol also has a tree that has significance in the nation particularly on the Environmental protection of the country and it has green which has the shade and the emerald rock. Also there is the sun which is as we said the wonderfulness of the sun being respected by the Party.

Blue Party

The symbol of the Blue Party is very simple as it only has two colors on it which is Blue and Green .The first color Blue after which is the party named stands for the fury of the sea meaning a fury against wrong and green meaning Security and the protection of the nation by the Party.Even if the flag is small it has a lot of meaning in it.

Election

These elections happen[3] every six months to elect the President of the Houseland Republic and gets elected to the Parliament of Houseland which is The Houseland Committee. As for security, there are security forces of two monitoring the electric ballot from time to time and also check if there has been any scandal or any Electoral Fraud happening.[4] The rule is that there has to be compulsory voting although freedom to vote for opinionated parties is allowed. The one who wins by a majority gets to be sworn in as the President of Houseland after being checked for vote fraud, scandal, Ballot Rigging, or any bad done will result in a by-election.And the parties only have this chance to fight each other or contest in the election as there is no other election for rural bodies or cities.The elections are controlled by the Election Commission of Houseland which has no corruption. The primary task of the commission is to check the election that has concluded is free and fair and also to investigate electoral crimes that have been done and the accused will be punished according to the military tribunal.

Consent of the Governed

In Houseland,There is and the people play a very important role in governing the country. The people have and will elect their representatives to represent them in the Government. A Member of Parliament is controlled like a puppet by the people . The people have to be obeyed by the ministers. When the people are disappointing with the government,they hold strikes,rally's and dharnas to express their disappointment to the government as the government works more hard to ensure that the needs of the people are met.

Rights are an integral part of the system of democracy as there are certain rights that people will have and that means freedom for people at some level or the other. The rights is an allowance of people given from the government. Democracy provides an environment that respects human rights and fundamental freedoms, and in which the freely expressed will of people is exercised. The rights can be excerpted and be taken away at times such as riots, protests, and civil wars. The government has the power to give and take rights away from the people. Free and Fair Elections

Free and fair elections are an important part which plays in the game of democracy. The Elections is a dice which get rolled and gives the result. A free election is one in which all citizens are able to vote for the candidate of their choice, and a fair election is one in which all votes have equal power and are counted accurately. And the choice is the voters whether to support the government or the opposition by choosing their vote. The phrase “one person, one vote” is often used as a shorthand for free and fair elections. The principle of “one person, one vote” means that every person has the ability to vote, and each vote has equal power. The elections are an opportunity to elect the people's representatives and they must not be misused by anyone.

The vote translates the power of the people .

Election Fraud

Electoral fraud is illegal interference with the process of an election. Electoral fraud can take different forms, including in-person voter fraud and fraudulent votes.The fraudulent votes are often counted as invalid votes and any fraud fill give a rigorous punishment. There have been attempts at charging election fraud.In the country.The most important one was the one when the Houseland Parliament crisis erupted from nepotism by the Voters.[5] Sir John Walker alleged that the election should have been his as Nepotism was shown to Madame Meenakshi Arjun all the time by Sir Albert George.The military tribunal was called in to charge the case and solve the case.The case was won by Sir John Walker and the election was called as a fraudulent one .Another election got the same results.These type of cases are referred to the tribunal who in turn give the verdict and decide if a person is found guilty or not .

The president is the supreme leader of the nation.He has an important role in the administration of the Houseland Republic and is made leader by a system of politics know as Democracy.Also,the president has to win 2 seats in order to make a democratic government.If a party does not get a Majority and if they want to become the president and the ruling party ,they have to form a coalition to get control of the government.A president of Houseland has a unique power of being to Veto any act proposed by the parliament.The president should be a member of any party or be independent.The president then has to submit his candidate form to the Election Commission .After that if he gets elected ,then he will be sworn in along with the members of parliament.In almost all states with a presidential system of government, the president exercises the functions of head of state and head of government, i.e. the president directs the executive branch of government. When a president is not only head of state, but also head of government, this is known in Europe as a President of Counsel .The president has to review every law that is made and the submits it to the parliament.A president can declare a emergency without the vote of the parliament and can remove the parliament if he is not happy with it.The President and his parliament will have their roles and duties ended after exactly 6 months after their election to parliament.The president is a common title for the head of state in most republics.The functions exercised by a president vary according to the form of government.The President should resign if a majority votes against him in times of crisis and a decline in influence.The president is the most powerful man in the entire republic and has many features in being a president.However,A person has to meet some standards if he wants to be president of the public.He can also push away his term but when in times of pandemics ,economical crash and crisis if the Parliament agrees.However,the president has these benefits-

A social issue is a problem that influences many citizens within a society. It is a group of common problem in present-day society and one that many people strive to solve.THE COUNTRY IS A Good one and there a bit problems here and there.There are social issues in the nation as In else ware.There are many social issuses in a nation .The social issues has to be solved by the country and also promote how to not do bad and spread the message of the empire.The Given social problems and how are they being controlled By the Empire is given below as a good list and for knowing -

Intolerance

Toleration is the allowing, permitting, or acceptance of an action, idea, object, or person which one dislikes or disagrees with.The most biggest problem is no tolerance .Even though the population has the same ethnicity and same religion,People are not tolerant on issues and have different opinions.Sometimes,this things can end up much worse like riots,dharnas and even civil war happens. To stop this however, the minister of Internal Affairs has made up plan to advertise the importance of tolerance in the country and has set up speeches,posters and even videos made to prevent intolerance.

Tolerance has to be there in the Republic .Zero tolerance is given to anyone who abuses anyone based on intolerance .The Republic has made the following steps to ensure tolerance is there.

Violence

Violence is the use of physical force so as to injure, abuse, damage, or destroy. Other definitions are also used, such as the World Health Organization's definition of violence as "the intentional use of physical force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or against a group or community, which either results in or has a high likelihood of resulting in injury, death, psychological harm, , or deprivation. Even thought violence is rare in Houseland,Violence does happens. Houseland is a tiny country with just a small population.The violence that happens is just minor injuries that are suffered from fights or punishments that are given by the government or the Military Tribunal.So,violent killings never happens due to the careful policing by the military.This violence is also being countered by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.The Measures to prevent violence are-

Corruption

Corruption is dishonest behavior by those in positions of power, such as managers or government officials. Corruption can include giving or accepting bribes or inappropriate gifts, double-dealing, under-the-table transactions, manipulating elections, diverting funds, laundering money, and defrauding investors.Corruption is not a big problem again because of the good policing and frequent raids by the finance Ministry.Often ,this corruption happens secretly at night and since of this ,heavy work load comes to the Ministry. these cases are investigated by the police and then heard by the Military tribunal for justice.These can result in hefty punishments. The election fraud also changing the direction of the election by corruption to the Election Commission of the country.This has never happened but these are included in both Election Fraud and Corruption.

Fraud or Cheaters

Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. In law, fraud is intentional deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain or to deprive a victim of a legal right. This type also knows as a financial scam is a serious offense in the republic and can be holding the fraudster a heavy amount of repayment to the victim. This type is also very rare checking the good nature of the public and also that they are very rich. These types of crimes are found out by the finance ministry in surprise raids which get them red-handed and are referred to prosecution by the military tribunal; Very strict punishments are then given by the tribunal like doing community labor and also spending months and rotting in prison for the crimes. Also hefty fines are included in a criminal record. This will affect the accused a lot and privileges are taken away from them. Punishments include-

He is currently the Minister of Foreign Affairs. His job is to serve as diplomats in diplomatic relations. He is to interfere with the issues of other nations and also edit Micro wiki, Official Site pages. He has already proposed relations with Australis Nation but which was rejected. He is currently working on a Politics article and developments to increase the influence of House land. The influence of House land Republic has been great and it is the hard work of John Walker. He has created his own political party called the House land Congress.

Madam Meenakshi Arjun

Meenakshi Arjun is known politically as Madam Meenakshi Arjun is a politician, and avid book reader, football player. She is the Mp from Kanchan South and is the main rival party faction in the parliament. The madam is a national leader and has done a lot of good for the country.A good politician who has one state, one nation policy.She has written a lot of good fiction books.A lot of work has been done with the approximation of putting taxes on the country, making citizenship form, helping with the flag. She has her party, a radical one named the House and Congress. The Madam has put a lot of development schemes in for the country and is an influential figure in the nation.
