The President of the Republic of Ferngill is the head of state of Ferngill. The constitution states that the president is the embodiment of executive power, the commander-in-chief, "the representative of Ferngill in domestic and foreign policies", and that he/she "will have immunity [from prosecuted] during his time in office." The President holds power through his executive office, the Presidential Administration, consisting of a group of secretaries and ministers. Selection process and tenure

Condition
