President of Ferngill
The President of the Republic of Ferngill is the head of state of Ferngill. The constitution states that the president is the embodiment of executive power, the commander-in-chief, "the representative of Ferngill in domestic and foreign policies", and that he/she "will have immunity [from prosecuted] during his time in office." The President holds power through his executive office, the Presidential Administration, consisting of a group of secretaries and ministers. Selection process and tenure
Condition
Candidates for President must be Ferngill citizens Over the age of 23 and have lived in Ferngill for at least 10 years. Under Ferngill's Constitution, a person may serve as President for a maximum of two terms.
Vote
Each faction in Congress has the right to nominate a candidate for presidential elections. Taking office

Powers and responsibilities
Guarantor of the Constitution
As guarantor of the Constitution and the entire constitutional system of laws, the president ensures that the constitutions, laws and regulations of the territories constituting Ferngill fully comply with the Constitution and federal laws of the country nation.
Foreign Policy
The President is given many powers to carry out the foreign policy of the state. The President determines Ferngill's position in international affairs and represents the state in international relations, conducts negotiations and signs documents.
Military policy
The President serves as the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Ferngill Armed Forces. In this capacity, he or she has the right to declare martial law while in office.
