The Prime Minister of Levinia is the highest obtainable position in the Levinian Government. The office of the Prime Minister was established on 6 November 2022, upon the founding of Levinia by the reigning Emperor. Subsequent to a series of governmental reforms, the position underwent a change of nomenclature, being redesignated as the "Chancellor." However, in accordance with the Imperial Decree 004, issued on 5 November 2023, the position was reinstated with the title of Prime Minister once more.
Appointment
Currently, there exist no formal prerequisites or stipulated qualifications for the role of Prime Minister. The selection and appointment of the Prime Minister are vested in the discretion of the reigning monarch, who exercises this prerogative at their sole discretion. The Prime Minister, once appointed, continues to hold their position at the pleasure of the monarch, serving with a deep sense of commitment and loyalty to the sovereign and the nation.
