Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land
The Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land Chairs the Grand Cabinet and is primarily responsible for the formulation, development and presentation of Commonwealth Government policy. Additional functions of the Prime Minister include promoting and representing The Commonwealth, in an official capacity, at home and abroad and responsibility for constitutional affairs, as they relate to devolution of Special Administrative Regions of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land and the The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land Government.
The Prime Minister is a Member of the Great Council. Members of the Cabinet and junior ministers of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land Government as well head of the The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land Government, the Prime Minister is directly accountable to the Monarch and the Great Council for their actions and the actions of the wider government.
The Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land is also The President of The Great Council of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land. The President of The Great Council of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land is responsible for arranging government business in the Great Council of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land. The role is always held in combination with a formal position of Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land and is also Lord President of the Council, Lord Privy Seal
The President of the House has the responsibility of reminding the Great Council of these rules and facilitating the Great Council self-regulation, though any member may draw attention to breaches of order or failure to observe customs. The President is often called upon to advise on procedures and points of order and is required to determine the order of speakers on Supplementary Questions, subject to the wishes of the Grate Council. However, unlike the Lord Speaker, the President of the Great Council has no power to rule on points of order or to intervene during an inappropriate speech.

From 5 August 2018 The office of Prime Minister of The Kingdom of Grant Island were added to The role of Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land.
