The Provisional Government of the Hausgurd Union of the Crowns was the provisional government of the Hausgurd Union of the Crowns, exercising legislative and judicial powers until such time that the Constitution of the Union could be finished. Despite the Union being a Federation, seats for the Provisional Council were elected in a nation-wide election and were not tied to administrative divisions or geographic locations.
