Roxanne C (stage names: ROXY, ZJ, Fusion, SJC) is a politician and musician from Villoria who served as the 3rd President of Villoria between 2023 and 2024. She served as the 4th Prime Minister of Villoria from 2022 until 2023, and Member of Parliament for Fleetland since 2021. She is also known for having wrote the lyrics for Villoria's national anthem, Song of the People.

On April 9th 2024, she announced her resignation as President of Villoria- with her final day being April 16th, the following week. This also confirmed the next election to be held on April 13th of the same year.

She was the shortest serving president, only having served for 424 days (1 year, 2 months, 1 day).
