The Republic of Masvandistan (Persian: جمهوری مسوندستان), or just simply Masvandistan (مسوندستان), is a micronation located in Brentford, London. It was established in 2006 by Mehdi Ahmadivand and his brother Amir because they were simply bored.
History
Establishment and the Early Age
In April 2006, 16 year old Mehdi Ahmadivand and his brother was bored and decided to establish the Republic of Masvandistan as an idea they had five months before.
The name Masvandistan was named after the family house near Chalus in Mazandaran. The house was named Khooneh e-Masvand.
They would make their father, Mehran Ahmadivand the president of their new country.
