The Republican colony of The Newlands is a collection of bought properties from the government of Scotland.
At the moment, it contains 2 plots of land in the highland titles nature reserve which were both bought around Christmas of 2020 and gifted to Clayton Walker who became the lord of the land. Clayton Walker introduced the lands as a colony for the Discord nation "The Republic."
