The Calendar of the Kingdom of Castina or the royal calendar of Castina (Latin pronunciation: Regium Kalendarium Castin), a calendar system created during the time when Castina was still a principality, is a year numbering system used exclusively in Castina. The calendar was adopted in 1057, when Castina officially became an empire

Since the number of years is counted since Castina became the empire instead of calculating the year according to the Gregorian Calendar, so the years will be counted after the year Castina became the empire (which is 1057 AD) so we calculate 1058=1CD, 1059=2CD, 1060=3CD, 2023=965CD

In Castina's calendar there are 12 months as usual, the exception of February is always 29 days and Agust there are 30 days every three years, is set as follows

Ianuarii (31 days)

Februarius (29 days)

Martii (31 days)

Aprilis (30 days)

maí (31 days)

Iunii (30 days)

Iulii (31 days)

ágúst (30 days or 31 days)

Septembris (30 days)

Octobris (31 days)

Novembris (30 days)

Decembris (31 days)

All months are the same as the Gregorian Calendar except February always has 29 days and August always has 31 days or 30 days every 3 years, people born on August 31 usually change it back to 30 August after three year

Usually on the calendar will be written the current year and the number of years according to the royal calendar of Castina will be written next to
