State Council of the Republic of Baltia – the collegiate supreme body of the state authority of the Republic of Baltia since 2022.

The State Council consists of presidents and prime ministers.

The act provides for the possibility of a maximum of 5 presidents, 10 vice presidents, 15 prime ministers and 25 deputy prime ministers.

It combines the powers of the legislative and executive powers. The State Council of the Republic of Baltia performs the function of the head of state collectively and ensures the continuity of the highest state leadership in connection with the sessional mode of operation of the Conference.

The State Council has been operating since January 1, 2022 - the date of the establishment of the Constitution of Baltia. Pursuant to the Act, the powers of the State Council are established by presidents and prime ministers.
