The State of Arbya was a micronation in the United Kingdom. Its existence lasted for a few hours before it was dissolved and re-founded as the Kingdom of Arbya. The State of Arbya existed on 4 July 2023.
The nation was under an anocracy. The chancellor served as head of state and head of government, and the senate served as the unicameral legislature.
History
The State was short lived, being founded and disbanded on the same day. It existed for a short period on 4 July 2023 and was succeeded by the Kingdom of Arbya.
Government and Politics
Chancellery
The chancellor served as head of state and head of government, and were appointed by the senate. They normally were also a member of the senate. The chancellery had no fixed term length and were dependent on the confidence of the senate to keep them in office. The chancellor lead the government as well as having ceremonial functions as head of state.
Senate
The senate served as the unicameral legislature of the state. It was elected by first-past-the-post and appointed the chancellor. The senate was the supreme legislative body of the state and its members were called senators.

Arbyan culture under the State was poorly developed due to a focus on political development.
