Statecraft and Administration Executive

The Statecraft and Administration Executive (SAE) is a three-person administrative organ responsible for managing the Government of Envardia. The SAE does not have any political authority by itself, but is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the smooth function of the entire state - while the Council and the Government 'run the country', the SAE 'runs the Government' in a corporate sense while having no power over policy.
