The Supreme Court of Ikerlàndia is the national Supreme Court of the Principality of Ikerlàndia. The Supreme Court of Ikerlàndia has not really heard any large cases yet in its history, however it does hear lots of minor cases. Due to the size of the Principality of Ikerlàndia, the Supreme Court of Ikerlàndia is its only court and carries out the day to day operations of an average court. However the Supreme Court of Ikerlàndia works on things called ‘Constitutional Inferences’ this is where there needs to be an interpretation of the Constitution of Ikerlàndia known as the Basic Foundation Laws that does not fit into a particular issue. In this case which is legalised by the Constitution the Supreme Court of Ikerlàndia will interpret the sentence of the Constitution so that it fits into that issue if necessary to help and fix the problem. The Constitutional Inference will then be documented and stored and set a precedent should that issue arise again.

Makeup

The Supreme Court is made up of three Judges, two associates and one head Judge known as the Chief Justice. Currently the Supreme Court has no Chief Justice.
