The Supreme Soviet of the Communist Republic of Montimont (French: Le Soviet suprême de la République Communiste de Montimont) was the highest legislative institution in the Communist Republic of Montimont. It was established by the constitution of 2022. It is a bicameral assembly, elected by direct universal suffrage, but only for candidates proposed by the Communist Party.

The Supreme Soviet consists of two chambers, each with equal legislative powers, with members elected for five-year terms:
●the Soviet of the Union, elected on the basis of population with one deputy for every five habitants of the Republic;
●the Provincial Soviet, representing the various Provinces of the Republic, with members elected on the basis of 1 deputies for three Provinces.
Role
The Supreme Soviet met regularly three times a year, for very short sessions of a few hours. The President of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet he daily operations of the Supreme Soviet outside the sessions and acted as an organ. The latter was composed of the The President of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet , a first vice-president of the Supreme Soviet who represented the 6 provinces, two vice-president of the Supreme Soviet, and 4 members. The President of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet was elected for 6 years.
