If you want to add this template to a SVG media, make sure it is rasterized. To detect a SVG files if it is rasterized, please view the SVG files and zoom in the file; and if it has pixels it means that it is a raster but if not then it is a vector.
This template populates Category:Raster images wrapped with an SVG.
Usage
To mark files with this template, simply add it to the very bottom of the file description:
