Two types of blind persons (Serbian : Две врсте слепаца) is one of Philip's most famous speeches. In this speech Philip criticizes people who have evil in their souls and no one's presence suits them. It is written in Philipography in Tumane head

There are two types of blind people. Those who do not see from the outside and those who do not see from the inside, i.e. the mentally blind. Nothing bad should be said about those who do not see from the outside, because they have a lot of good in their souls, but those who do not see from the inside, they are blind, they are fools. Fools and blind people because they do not have souls for others and others, and primarily create unrest for themselves. Is it our (in)attentiveness, is it their restlessness, that should be asked first. If it's carelessness, let's increase our presence and the virtue of calmness, and if they have their restlessness, let's let them be alone or ask them what can help them calm down.By this I do not mean those who really have mental problems, but those who are healthy in soul, but have no virtue in it.
