Túlip 'Desiceria' Jéan-Foshé, (Juniperian:Tálápá) Born 2021 is a Juniperian statesman, fish, and mascot of the Order of the Golden Fis. He is currently the mayor of the city of Sepulvedia.
Early Life
Twolip was born in a bowl in Wholesome Choice, he was fed bread crumbs and was living very poorly with his fish brothers. He was rescued by Ishan Jha who adopted them and cared for him and his fish baby brothers, he currently live in a fish tank in the capital city.
Twolip was devastated by the loss of Fosh, who was the count of Foś in the Westavian Empire. He became devoted to Buddha despite many of his brothers choosing paganism.
Mayoral Life
Twolip resides in the Mayor's Cave, a province of the Fish Tank, from there he does the honor of pellet harvesting, and guiding his fish brothers away from fighting annd organizing the feeding grounds so everyone can forage for pellets.
