Background
Von Oëttinger was born in Chicago, Illinois on June 7, 1993. Von is mostly of Irish heritage, but proudly displays the British side of him. He was the Staat Furher of Illinois and the closest adviser to then Reich Chancellor of New Europe Johannus von Ikner.
Points of Interest
If there are two things any friend of Von Oëttinger would relate to him, those things would be a Comedian and a Technical Genius. He literally grew up with computers in preschool, and learned typing at a young age with help from his sister. Currently, he makes websites for people for side income. He is a genius at coding and refers to himself as the "Haxmonkey".
War Hero
During the Meissner-Antifan War he was choosen as New Europe's top cyber coordinator. He was the one launched the S.P.A.M. attacks and conducted majority of New Europe's war efforts. By the wars end he was a dedicated soldier to the Empire and to its Emperor, and was declared a "War Hero of der Reich". He received the New European Gold Cross for his efforts and extraordinary dedication to the Empire. During the Camurian War, he was given command of the New European actions in the war. And although no New European victory was achieved, he did prevent the enemy from winning the war. and for that he was awarded the Iron Cross.
