The 2024 Åland State Enabling act or officialy the Law of the Åland State for enabling of the government and military. The act is the founding of the government and military of the Åland State who had a de facto government from 15 December 2023 till 1 January 2024. The act will be official on 2 January 2024. The act was suspended on 14 February 2024.
The act suspends all freedom of press, freedom of religion, freedom of speech and the right to privacy. The act was signed by Axel Himberg. The act is made to concolidate power in the Åland State for the MADF and Himberg. The act states that the head of state is allowed to pass laws whenever and that the head of state is the chief of defence and has full power over the economy, military and police (and most likely the press). The act also officialy declares the Åland States independance from the French Republic and Finland. The act also officilay founded Ålandssekretapolisen. The act would be suspended on 14 February 2024.
