Public territory

The public territory is the territory which the Commonwealth of Novo-Erecteutolectrocia owned, but let everybody from anywhere can visit visa-free. The public territory is the territory where both Thailand's constitution and the Commonwealth's constitution were used together. According to the Commonwealth's constitution, the public territory belongs to no one and no one shall claim it as its own territory, the territory will remain neutral and everyone can use or pass that territory.
